My Approach


My approach to health and wellness is quite simple and holistic in nature. When I work with my clients, they get an individualized, custom wellness program to fit their specific health needs. This includes one-on-one health coaching, health and wellness self-care tips, easy to follow meal planning, simple kitchen “clean out” guidance and cooking workshops. I understand bio-individuality and everyone’s body and way of eating is individually specific. I focus on my clients needs allowing me to personalize their preferences and guide and support them to achieving their goals. I focus on educating clients to make healthy habits a way of life. My  clients are finally able to stop the yo-yo vicious cycle of “dieting” and transform themselves by having a healthy, sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.
